I wanted to talk about train high and live high for 4 weeks. I wanted to see what values people had in hemoglobin level and performances they had after.
For me usually going to 8000 feet altitude in 4 weeks usually hemoglobin goes from 15.0 to about 16.1 and RBC from 4.90 to 5.20 around there.
Another way to increase is to go down to sea level after 4 weeks, and stay there 5 days then return and you can increase again up to 17.0 or very close to that.
I wan to hear peoples experience with playing with these values. These are just numbers and most important is performance but it is also interesting to share things like these.
I hope people will share their experiences with altitude training and blood values.
