I live in a college town and have been dating girls 19-23 (I'm 27). They are, almost without exception, incredibly ignorant, naive, vapid, and annoying. I've dated a few women in their late 20s and 30s and have not experienced this. This suggests to me there is some age when girls (and people?) really start to grow up. What age is this?
FWIW, I had the same opinion of college girls when I was in college myself, which partly explains why I didn't actually enjoy dating that much.
I'm around your same age and I haven't found that there is any correlation between age and maturity. I've known women in the 19-23 range who are more mature than the average women who is 30.
Grow up and date women who are no longer in college. They are annoying you because they do not want to date you any longer, but do not have the heart to break it off.
Girls stop being annoying at the same age men do. 28.
Younger women can act however they want because they are at their peak attractiveness and men will put up with their bad behavior.
Once a woman starts to age a bit and her looks start to fade (late 20s/early 30s) she has to change her behavior because she is not as attractive as she was when she was 20.

Usually girls begin to seem much less annoying after you go through puberty, so around when you're 10-11. Stick with it, eventually you may find you even begin to like them.

The bigger difference between young men and young women is that women are way more likely to vocalize their ignorance. I was pretty stupid when I was in my early 20s, but because I didn't feel the need to say everything that entered my mind, no one ever knew what kind of dumb sh!t I was thinking. Women are more likely to fall into the "if I think it, I have to say it" camp, so if a 20-year-old girl is a moron, everyone in earshot is going to know it.

A young attractive woman gets a pass. She CAN vocalize her ignorant thoughts/statements/ whatever as she is treated differently.
As a young man, you were not treated differently and thus were not inclined to say whatever entered your mind.
Less annoying at 70, but then you have to start taking care of them more.

No, women are wired to say whatever they are thinking while men are not. I'm not disinclined to say whatever is on my mind because I am treated differently. I am disinclined to say whatever is on my mind because, as a man, I consider explaining myself to be a chore. Many women are inclined to say whatever is on their mind because that's how their brains work, not because the "get away with it."

Only low value men have to hold back what they say.
Young, attractive women say whatever they want because they have something men desire and other women envy and thus have some form of power. This is why attractive people are perceived as more intelligent, better at their jobs, etc.
If you were in a position of power in your social circles, or at work, etc you could speak your mind freely, but you are not, so you have to shut up, sit there and listen.
Unfortunately, what you're asking for coincides with the start of their looks fading. Pick your poison. Because as they get more frumpy and homely looking, they will get less attention and resort to nagging and whining.
