I'm 5'8 145 pounds.
A lot of that is around my body, My guess is that I could loose 5-10 pounds of fat maybe?
Not that I am fat or anything, I just know I have extra body fat.
Would being 5 pounds lighter impact me in such a short race like a 600m or 800m.
Could that help me result in seconds being taken of my times, or is it hardly a factor for such a short race?
