Running my first collegiate 10k tomorrow and I was curious what you guys think I could do based on the following workout I did last week:
2x2mile, 4 min jog rest after each, 1xmile 3 min jog rest, 2x800 1:30 jog rest after each. run on sloping asphalt roads
-first 2 mile: 10:20 (5:20, 5:00) pace was off for 1st mile but felt good and sped up
-second 2 mile: 10:05 (5:05, 5:00)
-1 mile: 4:53
-800s: 2:24, 2:23
