He was in Pittsburgh for the EQT 10 Miler, he ran about 50:00. Anyone have any word on if he is doing a half soon to get the standard?

That's not a very good result
I saw Solinsky in Boulder back in Feb. He didn't look as big like everyone says. Maybe not Abdi rail thin but not as muscular as in the photos. Not impressed.

He is big compared to college distance runners. Small compared to an average man
Still "dstance-bulky". But not as big as before.

But did he look relaxed?
I'd say so, it seems he was doing it for more of a rust-buster and to get his feet wet with longer races. Pennel looked good though, maybe 2:12ish at the Trials.
Did the pansy ever recover from the time that 95 pound African knocked him off the track? LOL.

You gotta admit it's pretty funny

Solinsky indicated in an interview this week that he's not going to do a marathon, that he might want to try a 5k or 10K at the track trials. No Marathon Trials in February,
That's racing!!!
Chris Solinsky told the guys at Wisco straight up that he was going 10K or bust on the track.
I've never seen it from that angle before. It looks like he's on his own and just gives up.
