If they are, then Garcia would be the next fastest Caucasian 30 year old 5000m runner after Baumann, and then if I recall the only other one besides Pinto ahead of Ritz would be Fernando Mamede, who ran 13:08 after turning 30.

Of course Pinto and Mamede are Portugese, and I assume you, the expert, would know if they are considered Caucasian.
