Training for the 1500, should 200m repeats be at race pace, goal pace, all out? How much recovery between each? Walk/jog?

20x200 w/ 200m jog recovery
First ones at 2 seconds slower than date pace, work your way down to 2 seconds faster than date pace for the last ones. First ones will be easy but by number 16 you'll be happy they were.
You should just go balls to the wall with 200m repeats
For sure they should be qucker than your 1500m goal pace so if you're targetting a 4:00 time then this should be quicker than 32s / 200m.
When I cracked 4:00 for 1500m I could do a session of 2 x 15 x 200m at 30s or less.
Anything slower than goal pace is wasting your time.

What is date pace? Unless I'm on a date with Shannon Rowbury date pace is probably not going to be very tiring.
Normally you should be able to manage 10 x 200 with 60 rest at your 800m pace.
(2:00 and you can probably do 10 x 200m in 30 flat ps: it should hurt like hell!)
If you do like 16, maybe 31 flat or 31,5. Assuming 2 flat and about 4:10 1500m.
