Brought a 5K race to a 6K competition?
Ryen Frazier now tempos faster than race pace. (5:29 avg today)
Per the video linked in the live thread she was with the leaders at 3.3K, was 12th-13th at 4.4K with a gap behind, then 17th with a little less than 1K to go and looking pretty much done.
