Hey guys,
I am just wondering what some of you think I couls run in the 800m?
I recently ran this workout:
400m:56.5
200m jog rest
400m:59.5
200m jog rest
200m:30.00
200m jog rest
200m:29.7
100m jog rest
300m:46.1
100m jog rest
300m:45.4
I have a 400m best of 50.2 which I ran a week before this workout and an 800m time of 1:57.3 which was 18 months ago and also happens to be the last 800m I've Done. Anyway just wondering what time you guys reckon I could run in an 800 right now? Thanks in advance
