If I am paying someone good money to coach me I would expect to improve. Clearly you would not be up to the task. And Jack Daniels is also a phenomenal coach who was never fast. Someone does not have to be a fast runner to be a phenomenal coach, however they are out there. For example, Hudson was fast and is a phenomenal coach.

Too much emphasis on "I WANT RESULTS". I wouldn't coach you for any amount of money. Your attitude means your failure.
