Been averaging just 40MPW for a month or two jumped my miles up two weeks ago to 50 and last week to 65, now this week I going into 68MPW. My long runs are above my MP, my legs are feeling heavy and I am tired usually for about 7 miles into the run then I feel better.
I assume this is what is called Cumulative Fatigue, in my case really small since most people here bang out 100MPW for like months. lol
Should I worry or just keep my head down and blast out the miles because once I start to shed miles and fatigue I will "Bounce Back" and start to peak?
