    For the first time coach Al Hobson is offering public lessons and doing a few clinics in Lenexa, KS at Training For Warriors gym. It's not very often a Nike coach offers his speed program to the public. More info can be found here.

    He is also hosting a speed clinic on October 17th and 18th from 1-3pm both days. Its a great opportunity for coaches to come learn, "if you're not learning, you're dying".
