What were the weather conditions. We had XC practice at 8:00 am in Upstate NY and it was brutal.
The times seem decent for a hot/humid day.

It was warm, not very humid. Exposed sections in the sun were draining.
It was 72/70 by the end of the race--61% dew point. Not great.

Well he's run 61 for a half, so not all that surprising.
