What do you guys think I could run for 1500m based on some sessions I have run recently.
3x300m, 4x300m, 3x300m. 5 mins rest between sets of 300s and 45s rest between reps.
Times were: 45, 45, 44. 45, 45, 46, 44. 43, 43, 40
6x800m on grass with 90s rest.
Times: 2:26, 2:26, 2:26, 2:23. 2:23, 2:16
200, 300, 200, 300, 8mins rest then 300, 300, 200. 40s rest in first set, 30s rest in second set.
Times were: 28, 44, 28, 43. 41, 40, 27.5
