How long will it take me to get back into the fitness level I was before? I had to take five weeks completely off from running for a hip injury, and I just started to get back. The most I have run so far is two miles, but I am running five days a week for two weeks. How soon until I am back in the shape I was before I got hurt?

You'll never get there if you rush it. Figure 6-10 weeks.
I agree ... at least 6-8 weeks. Depends on the distance you're training for. If you're talking about peaking for a race, then it's gonna take a whole training cycle.
Take your time, before you re-injure yourself. Make sure you work on your form more than the number of km, else, you might have the same injury in the future.
Im training for 5K races and I am so much more tired than I was before I got hurt. Im wondering how long it will take for me to be less tired and back in shape. Also I am trying to go slowly but its hard because of pressure. But I will try to take your advice!

I always could go from not running for a year or so and then get back into it. I was always working out weightlifting, swimming etc. In three weeks I could go from totally out of shape running wise to low 16. the first week I would jsut get my legs acclimated to runing. Week 2 just do 3 minutes hard - 2 easy - and do same week 3 with some strides.
