Middle class whites put a far greater value on female athletics than other cultures. So middle class white women have far less competition.
Or could it be white women are just better athletes than white men ?
Go to any track meet. You won't find one White person in the stands who isn't a scout or a coach, unless it's middle to long distance runners running. The stands are heavily African American when the sprints are on. Any White femle American that makes it in any event below 800 meters has plenty of competition when it comes to running.

In other words, US whites quickly vacate any sport that blacks enter in big numbers. The most grotesque thing is that racial predispositions for the 400 m sprint don't differ much and whites flee from this distance only because it is a 'sprint' and hence they think that blacks must automatically have an advantage. The truth is that physical and physiological requirements for the 100 m and 400 m are vastly different. It's completely different events!
This doesn't explain Jenna Prandinni,Schippers( though she sreams PEDS).

Masculine white men have very large penises which hinders their sprinting form. Powerfully built white women dont suffer from such a disadvantage.
Richard Kilty and Lemaitre were on par with Prandini and Schippers (pre-Beijing).
Right now there are a few more white women mid/distance runners near the top proportionally than men, thanks mainly to US women, probably because women in East African countries haven't been under as much pressure to be breadwinners as the men. For US women it is seen as an honorable career. Otherwise you would see just as many Kenyan and Ethio women in the final as men, and they would be sweeping medals even more than now.

The differences between the races aren't as pronounced in women as they are in men. This has been known for a long time.
That and non-whites have been given more leeway when it comes to drugs, even in the US (look at the treatment of King Carl and other sprinters the past 30 years - you need to be a total eff-up connected with other total eff-ups a la Gatlin to get in trouble).
Witness the wussification of the American male. There are some pretty good white European male sprinters, as well as Chinese and Japanese.
Have to agree with some of the posters here. White men these days simply aren't cutting it for me. They walk around without muscle, grow a manbun and drive Prius cars. Seriously.
The sprinter style black runners have been raised to be muscular from the get-go and now it's paying off BIG time, if you know what I mean. *giggles*

Christophe Lemaitre isn't event a top 3 White Sprinter nowaday and Kilty is simply not a 100m sprinter.
The reality is that White 60m/100m sprinters have never been as fast as today.
German males are now sprinting faster than their East German counterparts in the 1980s. Julian Reus broke Frank Emmelman (who was outed as a doper after the fall of the Berlin Wall) last year.
Compare with German Female sprinters who are miles away from what they were doing in 1980s.
A white American, John Teeters ran 10"07 this year and 3 times sub 10 (wind aided) during the collegiate champ. He would make pretty much every team in the World with his times.

Can you tell us more about physical and physiological requirements for the 100 m and 400 m ?
They lack the bulk of athletes like Serena Williams.
Why do you think the East Germans had all those people like Koch and Gohr but no equivalent males? Why do you think Oregon has had people like Gardner, Todd, and Prandini but no equivalent males?
Because testosterone and steroids (which turn into testosterone) have a disproportionate effect on females.
The French have had women like Arron and Perec, and men like Lemaitre and Vicaut. Where are the equivalent Dutch males? That's because Schippers is obviously doped to the gills. And Schippers' coach also coached Kilty who is VERY suspect.
One of the reasons that there are more white sprinters now is that, for coaches that are up to date, the race modeling has changed. It should be no surprise that whites started to fail when Tellez and Carl came around, because Carl wasn't that good at acceleration and coaching philosophy moved away from acceleration and power, which is what whites are really good at, and how whites won in the 1950s. These days we know that emphasis on max velocity doesn't work (mostly not trainable), and coaches are emphasizing more acceleration and speed maintenance (speed endurance training) and less maxV and relaxation. And now we have more people like Teeters who are very much like the white sprinters in the 1950's. And we also have people like Kiryu and the Chinese.
