She should be looked up to as a role model for a brilliant doping regimen. If other women followed her example, we could be seeing times ranging from 3:50 for 1500 meters to 2:15 in the marathon.

Felix 21.69 is close behind her and she is considered a clean athlete.
Her improvement from last year (22.03) is due to her focus on the sprints and her young age
Dafne has a big, tall, powerful build

White European sprinters do not have a good track record of being clean

They also used to say that tall men catch too much wind to be fast in a sprint. Which is a scientific fallacy, omitting the fact thata 10% taller proportinate man will be 33% (3rd power) more powerful fighting 21% (square) more wind resistance.
I am not sure the white thing says something about doping more than the BS that one needs to be specific race to compete a specific event. A Kenyan won the javelin in 92m+. Apparently race doesn't matter, only talent and dedication.
Tall men have been dissiaded from persuing sprint for how long now? What about white people? Better go play volleyball tall girl. Maybe high jump. Which Schippers kind of sucks at even for a tall heptathlete.
This win might say something about sprint-specific training. perhaps heptathlon with emphasis on sprint can do the trick just fine. More dynamic use of all muscle groups. A body and mind that are accustomed to running 800's against their will.
I'll say that the performance HIKE in athletics is appaling though. And nothing to do with everyone just getting hyped to train better. There are new drugs circulation, they can't be tested for, and Coe will deny it while being cheered on by his overpaid corrupt IAAF council members as if he's winning a medal himself over and over again.
We'll see all impossible WR's being broken soon. IAAF is able to keep testing to a minimum, certainly results leaking. And AD agencies are politcally reduced to useless budgets. Utterly immobilized. So sports...ehm BUSINESS can thrive.
Athletes will be winning more, and spending more of it on IAAF and other bribes. This is the future of athletics, the Coe era. Expect all time doping records to be corrected by the ultra clean people of today. Just don't ask them to publish actual bloodwork data, just offscores, and they'll be friendly like purring kitttens.

Actually Schippers is barely above average in height for a white Dutch girl. I've dated many girl taller. She just happens to notbe built skinny, which brings power.
Part of her performance increase of the past years is shedding baby fat. Look at pics at recent as 3 years ago. Simply not WC final toned. Just progressing her heptahlon.
I see no reason why a tall, strong white chick couldn't beat black women. There just are few white women bothering to do sprints anymore. And all the ones I train with are to be considered short and skinny. So Schippers is one from a very small pool. Most women of her build would be non-athletes. And at best dabble in tennis and volleyball. Or simply recreational poweryoga. I dated a woman 30 y/o, 6'1"/1m86. overall lanky and skinny but broad shoulders. I taught her to run properly (one or 2 runs to kill the heel strike), and the girl who'd occasionally jog went HELLA FAST in minute repeats. She was herself astonished of the speeds she reached. Most Dutch women never go beyond a jog, unless chasing a hockey ball. You'll see thousands jogging past sitting in a past, in a single hour. Not kidding you. 8-10kph 99% of them. On their iPods, trying to get rid of the love (for wine) handles.
Tracks and shoes have gotten faster the past 30-40 years surely?But I am overall very uncomfortable by the running performances in 400m (men) and 1500m (women) of late. In the 100+200 not much better.
Especially with doping specialists declaring something new is out there, undetectable. Let's see if soon it will be, and retroactively...
