Where did you see that time?
a 3:55 mile at altitude? how is that particularly impressive for a 3:28 guy? Kenyans are running 3:32-36 in country.
Foster mentioned in on commentary. I would love to know the full details of the session. All he said was Mo "started the workout with a 3:55 and then got faster and faster"

Hmmmm...that's a very Jama Aden type workout. See Kaki's training. Has he already switched coaches?

I remember a website that detailed Kaki's workouts / Aden's training philosophy, does anybody know where that is?
its impressive because that the time he ran in one of his first few workout sessions at High altitude in Southern France and then the times got faster and faster , Brendan Foster knew how fast but he didnt want to reveal it .. Dude is unbeatable right now anyway you slice it #OneMoMile
3.55
2.56
1.55
80
51
according to the commentary i heard
and Rupp 4 times 400 all in 51
Wow! What an awesome workout! Anybody know the recovery? 3-5 min?
I've done two very similar workouts:
2000, 1600, 1200, 800, 400 (3')
and
1600, 1200, 800, 400, 1600 (3')
In my context, the 1600s were a good 5k pace indicator. Mo's were probably much faster given the lower volume.
