Is there a livestream for the 10,000 as there was for the marathon from youtube?
The livestream came from the IAAF this morning but can't find anything now. -
Hope Mo can control the overall pace of this one.
Remember he has the 5000 on his plate too. -

The meet is on taped in the US.
Its is on live on the IAAF Youtube page right now if you have a certain IP. It works with a chinese IP:

I know you can get a hong kong IP by using zenmate (it's a chrome extension and is free). Not sure if that will work or not. -

Yes, I'm watching it right now. Eurosport with Tim Hutchings. -
We apologize for accidentally preventing everyone from posting for the last hour. The rumor that Alberto Salazar hired some Chinese to make our website go dark during the 10k is false.. Weldon made the mistake.

Up at 5:35 am for the 10k.
Hope it's fast and this link is working.

Weather.com has Beijing currently at 79 degrees with 59% humidity. Probably going to be a slow race with Farah running away with it in the last 400m. Still holding out hope that the Kenyans will take it out hard from the gun though.

The 10k guys are on the track.
As I was walking into the stadium, I thought, "This weather isn't too bad for a 10k." As I've been sitting here on the side of the stadium feeling no breeze, it felt pretty stifling. The key is for there to be some breeze but i think there is a breeze on the track as some of the times were wind-aided and in the last 10 minutes i've felt a little breeze myself which makes it feel ok.
45 minutes ago it was officially 79 degrees with 59% humidity.
If the first 5k over 14:00, these guys should just hand the gold to Mo Farah. Turn off the tv. -
The Kenyans look quite serious.
Farah is up to his usual strange antics. -
Hope Farah gets his butt kicked.
-
The atmosphere is pretty bad.
They just introduced Galen Rupp. He didn't acknowledge the intro and the fans gave him zero reaction. There was no sound. Of course, that was true for Kamworor and the EThiopian they introd. I'm talking about zero reaction.
They barely cheered for Farah but he did get a few cheers.
Ok, I changed it, now there are some chinese drummers. They should make it tolerable as the crowd seems less than into it. -
The kenyans are leading!!! 68.39 for lap #1.
