I have to incorporate more strength training to help keep my legs healthy nowadays. (Squats, lunges, etc) Generally, they make my legs pretty sore and I am recovering for 2 days from them. I am having trouble figuring out when best to fit these in among a 9 day cycle with two workouts and a long run. When do you all think is the best time to incorporate these into my routine? Workout days (after workouts), recovery day?
