Mo Farah has won his last global championship race. Understand that when you make a bargain with the devil, there is always a catch, and often the one who is caught is the least suspecting...

That's what I said about Tiger Woods.
Only difference is I was right while you are wrong.
Minor difference
And I went to the crossroad, mama, I looked east and west
I went to the crossroad, baby, I looked east and west
Lord, I didn't have no sweet woman, ooh well, babe, in my distress
He's just getting started.
Coe is in charge now. As long as he doesn't do crazy WR attempts outside big IAAF tournaments, he's safe. Even outrageous blood values will be OK now. If Paula is comfortable changing her line on openness and blood values, it means the mess at IAAF is sealed back up. The Germans silenced, the Turkish and Russians thrown under the bus. Just like in real politics.
The Kurds are doing well fighting ISIS so Turkey has been told by the west to bomb the heck out of the Kurds. ISIS is needed for longer, to provide NATO bullseyes in Syrian, Iran, etc. This is what it was created for.
Russia is making problems with the genocide of Syria, offering Greece monetary help, is in the way of the Ukrainian self genocide, they're all around PITA's. So in sports, there are more sanctions than inglobal politics. Open season on Russian blood values. And Paula and Mo can do partial or no transparency and they're going be lauded for it.
Did you notice Kenians are also being thrown under the bus? Will Coe help them out? Not sure Kenians can afford his bribe fees. Brits gets a substantial discount.

Actually, since I have spoken, it shall be. You, on the other hand, are likely incorrect. Mo Farah CANNOT win another global championship. It has been decreed. What Mo Farah is lacking now is the ability to focus 100% on the task at hand. Circumstances dictate Mo will lose. The mental game is everything, and he is no longer the man he was.
Watch how ElG was defeated in WC 5000m. ElG can be outkicked, and so can Mo Farah, especially now that Farah has lost his mental edge.
Yeah, considering he's the diamond race leader at 5000, has the world leading 10,000, has another 3:28 and a sub 60 13.1 this season I bet you're right.
Yeah try getting that thru the thick skull of LetRun readers , you mite as well just give up ..you ain't gonna win with them
When El G was beaten in 2003, his season bests were 3:28/7:30/12:50. Only his 1500 best was set post-worlds, but he dominated the 1500 at worlds, so that doesn't really matter.
Plus everyone had it pegged as him vs Bekele, but Kipchoge, pretty much unknown at the time, ends up beating them both.
Kipchoge had ran 3:36 and 12:52 going into worlds that year, and would run 7:30 in September.
I'm just saying you can't put Mo's times so far this season out there as proof it's impossible for him to be beaten. Very, very few would have picked both El G and Bekele to miss out on gold in the 5K that year.
Although it is silly to proclaim he will NEVER win another title. But there is no in between at letsrun ... either he will NEVER win another or he is the greatest ever and will win EVERY TITLE until he retires.
Btw, Menjo, what happened to you my man!? You should have been the one to beat Farah at the 10K, instead you disappeared!! (just like me)
Heck maybe even the 5K too!! We all know Farah could never solo a sub 13 and 27 like you did (only 10 days apart no less). He would have jogged with the low-14 guys and the 32 min guy until the last lap, then ran a 50.1 ... and everyone would have raved about that last lap.

People never seem to recognize when a champion is finished. Farah is done in terms of winning global championships. At some level, he is aware of this, and that, too, is part of his downfall. Part of the problem for Farah is he has become a one-trick pony, although it is a nice trick. But the larger issue is mental, and that is why Mo Farah cannot win another global title. Even Salazar probably is aware of this at some level.
I'm pretty confident that he will win another couple of Golds next week. Cannot see anyone getting the better of him this year in a championship type race. 10K a bit of a walk in the park, 5K a tougher proposition but I still see his last 600m as being too good for anyone else!
Yes Mo is a one trick pony . He wins ! Keep on posting about him being finished though as as well me day you will be right !
I rewatched the 2007 WC 5000 - when Mo was still "normal" weight for a distance runner. Despite the snail pace he was utterly destroyed on the last lap, including by Tegenkamp. He has no natural speed at all.
His "speed" comes from his newfound mummylike low bodyfat. He has found a way to be underweight like famine victim, yet remain energetic, retain muscle and avoid injury. This gives him a greater power/weight ratio that lets his loping stride compete with a genuine kick. And he's not the only one doing it.
That was jarring to switch back and forth between athletics and geopolitics.

Well, the improvement Farah has made is truly astonishing, unlike anything we have ever seen before in the history of the sport.
However, his days as a global champion are over, for whatever that is worth.
Hahaha! Mo wins again!
Talk to me Josephat. What happened to your prediction?
i'm so glad i gave him the high blood pressure last nite , otherwise buddy would have had mild stroke
maybe he meant from now on?

Is that the same level as Salazar or a different one!
