Hey facts, thanks but I am slow NOW. If you have read any of my posts you will see that I pushed all of my running. I thought 7/mile were for the girls, please no offence given. I still feel that pushing the pace on most all of my runs was the key to me running as fast & improving when I was younger. Many of the days I was training with a feeling that some of The Gambino Crime Family had beaten my legs with pipes, but the legs would loosen up & the pace would drop everyday. I should have the name, Lame Slightly Fat & Slow. I just struggle with the dream that I will get back to running what I consider fast, strong & well.
