Pick a " talented " 7th grader and slowly build his mileage up thru out high school and college.
He could live a hermit lifestyle, run on dirt trails, have a massage weekly or whatever, and took pre hab and everything to the max
If he was to live this isolated, Quentin Cassidy like lifestyle, how many mile a week could he run and remain healthy by his 30th bday? What would his race results be like?

Lindgren supposedly ran about 30 miles per day in high school and he certainly handled it. Whether or not that's true...
My guess would be about 290 ish or even low 300
It would obviously be a gradual build up. To have that type of mileage week after week would take a certain kind of person. High bone density, sound diet, and extreme dedication. I'll put my official guess at 310.
Theoretically speaking, why don't you STFU.
I think 50 slow miles a day would be possible, so 350 MPW. Race results would be terrible.

I'll estimate 60/2:06/4:25/9:30/15:00/31:00 +- 10% for genetics so...
54/1:54/4:01/8:37/13:37/28:10 for a very talented super responder that had some natural speed.
66/2:18/4:50/10:27/16:30/34 for the most untalented runner imaginable with no basic speed and poor mechanics/structure.
There are better ways to develop a runner however. Mileage is extremely overrated for any distance under the marathon.
One of my old coaches (8:30 steepler and solid CC runner) went 10 in the morning and 15 @ night in the summers between seasons. Sundays off. He was hurt . . . a lot.

Having the biomechanics and bone density to handle lots of miles is also a genetic trait.
You have to be fit to run but you don't necessarily have to run to be fit.

By talented do you mean exceptionally fast or exceptionally resistant to injury? If you mean the former, I'd expect it would vary massively, from about 40 miles a week to about 250. Performance would vary similarly.
