That's not too bad of a workout considering the 30 seconds recovery, but so many other factors must be taken into consideration before an accurate time prediction can be made. For example, what is your PR for 400m? Many distance guys can do this same workout but struggle with a 2:05 800m, while faster guys with less strength might have a hard time with the workout yet be able to run sub 2:00!
CENTCOM
i did a similar workout last year, 16x200 at 30-31 with a 200 meter jog recovery and ran a 2:01 the following week. i'd guess for you around 2 minutes.
my 400m PR is 51.6
I would probably give you a 2.03.00!

If you completely maximized your strength (i.e., got it to near world class levels), you could potentially run with that 400 speed a 1:50-1:51. But with poorer endurance, sub-2:00 is still quite conceivable.
Then you can definately run in the 1:56-1:58 range. The workout shows that you have pretty good strength.
That workout is a great strength workout. I would suggest keeping the 200's at a pace that is not entirely anaerobic. For me, I like to do 24x200 at 30s with 30s recovery. It is a great workout. You are likely behind me as far as development goes, so your 200's should be a little slower.
It really depends. Was this a speed session for you, or a v02 session?
not a bad workout at all. I just did 18*200 with 200 rest...and i can 1:53
My best workout was 3x4x200m in 28s with 28s rest, and I ran 1:52.75 indoors. You should be set for a sub-2 if you have the speed to go with the strength.
I probably couldn't do that workout with 30 seconds rest, and I ran a 2:00 last year as a sophomore in high school. Quit being a sissy and go run 1:57 high.
I'd say around 1:57.5. thats exactly where i was a year ago...
all these 200 sessions seem pretyt good, heres a session i did in the winter just trying to maintain abit of speed while i wsa doing high mileage just once a week.
10-12-14x200m in 28-26s with 1min-30s recovery
I was building up by 2reps each week and was planning on going 16,18,20 the next three weeks but i got injured unfortunatly. These sessions were done while i was training for (and ahead of training goals) to run a 1:52 800m.
