ever since i joined track and got into running i've been a sprinter.
i started training in the 8th grade and at the end of my grade 12 career i had a PB of 11.4s in the 100m.
4 years later at the end of my university career I had a pb of 10.79s
after I graduated uni and settled into work i quit sprinting. last week however there was a charity 10k from work which I was dragged into. I ran a 46 min time (with chip) and it was on the city streets (so up and down hills/ on concrete). I've followed all track related events closely my whole life, but after university I went into powerlifting.
Does my 46min 10k with no running in a year + never training distance at all mean I could have potential at longer distances?
I'm 5'11 and 150ish pounds btw
