I been training for 5 weeks now 30-35 mpw and have decided to run a 1500 race for fun. The race is in 4 days and i feel good. I really want to run a time that'll be equivalent to a sub 5 mile. I've never ran a 1500 before and know for a fact it'll be a fast race. Any specific workouts that i can do today/ tomorrow in preparation? What should my splits look like? My PR's.. 400-55 1600-5:17 800-2:15 any tips would be great!
