Second, What would they need to do?
my thought- Obviously its not posible for everyone
but for about 50-60% of people, if they increased there mileage by 100% (minimum 40mpw)
stretched and did core and speed.
they would have a chance
If you disagree, Why? Would they need a bigger increase in mileage, would they need more speed workouts?
