I'd bet you'd be up off the couch in 2-3 months, seeking medical treatment for gallstones or some other ailment. So there's some minimal amount of exercise going on prior to your death.
Carry on.
Most of what you wrote is irrelevant. The only thing that matters is that with only one drink a day dehydration would get you. You could substitute anything else in and it wouldn't matter if you only drank one drink a day. I'd give you a year but it would be an ugly last few months.
It depends on the size of the Coke.
You would also only be getting around 1000 calories a day
Depends on the number of pickles.
However long it takes, you'll be perfectly preserved.
If this is a very large coke, I think you would not die quickly. You'd probably die only after many years from a potentially related lifestyle disease, like colon cancer, diabetes, premature heart failure etc. If you are young, this would probably take 10 or 20 years to occur
If the coke is too small though, you will become dehydrated and die from that as pointed out above within a week or two.
1000 + calories is plenty to survive on assuming you aren't like 7 feet tall. You definitely will not thrive, however. You'll basically look like a Vietnam POW or Auschwitz victim.
It sounds like it would suck either way. You'll also probably get really tired of big macs and coke.
Watch the movie Super Size Me - after a month your body will be in trouble
Just think about how ripped you will look from such a low calorie diet.
"To replace daily losses of water, an average-sized adult with healthy kidneys sitting in a temperate climate needs no more than one liter of fluid,
According to most estimates, that's roughly the amount of water most Americans get in solid food. In short, though doctors don't recommend it, many of us could cover our bare-minimum daily water needs without drinking anything during the day."

A big mac has around .1L of water , so you would need .9L minimum of coke to stay hydrated. To not lose weight, the average male would need ~1500-1800 calories per day and a big mac has ~550, which means you would need to drink about 80-100oz of coke to maintain weight
Isn't the average coke at McDonalds around 44 oz now?
2 All Beef Patties=protein
Special sauce=fat
lettuce= roughage
cheese=fat&protein
pickles, onion=packed with flavor
sesame seed bun=carbs
Average life expectancy would be 84.72 years for an American male.
Why don't you get started on that and we'll have Rojo set up a countdown clock.

That being said. I love McDonald's. WHen I saw Jared making millions from Subway, I thought, "I should get McDonadl's to sponsor me. I'll eat there every day for a year and still break 2:30 in the marathon."
rojo, reinstate the the 245 pie thread.

Great post.
I'm curious as to how do you know how much water is in a Big Mac?
Anyways, if it's true that you only need 1 liter of water a day, that's just 33 ounces. THe problem is the large at McDonald's is only 30 ounces now that they don't have Super Size anymore.
That's only 280 calories as well for the 30 ounces. Would you eventually starve to death? or would your body figure out a way to get by on 830 calories?
Depends. Is it a diet or regular coke?
Are you allowed to drink your own urine?

it also depends what planet you're on, if you're on Jupiter a day is just over 9 hours
I think vitamin C deficiency (scurvy) will kill you in few months. Not a nice way to die. Have fun.
You'd be fine. Diet and hydration is overrated.
Your longevity would depend on your genetic susceptibility to disease.
People live far longer than you would expect on basically coffee and cigarettes and far lass calories and nutrition than you would get from a Big Mac and Coke.
