Would you do this with a single lease, or rent the rooms separately? In college I lived in a 5 bedroom house with teammates. 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, one laundry room, two and 1/2 baths. Communal stuff worked well because we all knew each other, so if these are all guys on the same club team, that's probably great, and saves rent money. If it's a single lease, I'd go with that. If these individuals don't know each other, separate apartments are probably better.
It might start as all the athletes being part of one club but over time I'm certain it would evolve into a rotating roster of mostly, unrelated athletes. Separate apartments makes sense except the cost would go up dramatically.
What age do all of you think would be the target audience? I expect that kids right out of college would dedicate, at most, one Olympiad to making a team before moving on. So if we are talking about 22-26 year olds I'd expect a they'd open to a communal living situation to keep costs down.
