"None of our athletes are on any sports–specific supplement other than beta alanine, which is an amino acid. Other than that, it's iron, vitamin D and that's it. You don't really need anything else."
In his long rambling 12,000 word piece, he mentions all sorts of testostereone boosters, among other supplements they use.

Salazar has a similar personality to Armstrong. They can't keep their mouths shut. Armstrong could still be the 7x TDF winner if he would have just kept his mouth shut. But guys like Salazar and Armstrong start believing their own BS, then get caught up in their fabrications.
Is somebody keeping a list of all the things Salazar lied about? Add this to it - it would be useful as a reference.

I recall one additional supplement, ZMA being used in the early days of the Oregon Project. I have not found the old documentation for ZMA. It is well known and completely legal. It clearly did not contain any banned substances, as none of the Oregon Project athletes taking it tested positive for any banned substance.
These records demonstrate my commitment to insure that Oregon Project athletes do not consume any banned substances, even inadvertently. The use of these legal supplements also underscores that Galen was not using testosterone."

Alberto Salazar is DOCUMENTED as having used Androgel, Prednisone, Testoboost, AlphaMale, ZMA, Tribex, Prozac, Albuterol, Cytomel, L-Carnitine, Celebrex, dozens of unnamed painkillers, and who knows how many other supplements AND prescription drugs on himself and on the athletes he coaches. But we're all supposed to look the other way and ignore it because it Alberto claims its for legitimate "medical" reasons.
Our lying and gray area supplementation are okay because it's different. Trust us, we're ethical.
If you think something as common and simple as caffeine is an ethically suspect "supplement" you are an idiot.
Therefore:
I hereby demand that A Duck post a documented list of every single time he drank coffee, Coca-cola, Dr. Pepper, Pepsi, or any other beverage containing caffeine in the last decade. If he doesn't do so immediately, I'll be forced to conclude that A Duck was trying to gain a competitive caffeine edge that he REFUSES to disclose and that he's now LYING about since it exposes his unethical behavior.

Add aspirin. Relieving pain allows running when A Duck shouldn't. These days aspirin relieves A Duck's non-stop headaches. Worrying about NOPs eminent demise is a cause of great pain.
Caffeine was on the prohibited list from 1983-2004. It's currently on the WADA monitoring list. Sounds kinda gray. Not to mention the lying about it.

So obviously, A Duck also needs to disclose every time he drank coffee or coke even further back than the last 10 years. We need a full disclosure from the day he was born until the present. Anything short will prove that he's hiding something & gaining an unfair advantage over other athletes.

Every elite athlete apparently is lying about what supplements and how many supplements they use.
Supplements are not drugs.
Its the legal doping, like the TUE's that have ridiculous levels of usage, and non-legal stuff like the androgel that need to be looked into.
