Given time to consider things in greater depth, Salazar must have decided maybe it wasn't such a far-fetched idea after all, and just wanted to make sure he covered all the bases." Whatever Salazar says about this, if anything, will echo this idea.
The fact that Gatlin himself dismissed this sort of sabotage as playing a role in his own failed test won't matter.

He must have known about this too, so by association, David Frank might be dirty too. He used to train with that crew down in Palo Alto including Matt Guisto who was on the BALCO site in 1998. I wonder if they Atkinson, Frank, PattySue, Guisto were all dirty too. Brooks Johnson was coaching them and he was shady as f**k. And so it goes and goes.

Ah,it is preposterous that someone could rub in enough squirts to exceed the testing threshold unbeknownst to an athlete. However, if you are already microdosing up to your comfort zone for avoiding testing positive, a rogue massage therapist might be able to do some damage. Not so crazy now, is it?

Interesting to note. I don't necessarily believe Salazar was giving Rupp testosterone or that Frank would have known about it but it is interesting and plausible.
It's also interesting that no one has come to Salazar's defense in this thread when usually a bunch of people jump in immediately. Evidence he can't afford the PR firm any more?

After making a fool of himself, Salazar realized he needed to push the bar as high as possible with going over it: stay in the gray-zone. Salazar then figured out --testing his kids-- that it only took a wee-bit more added by sabotage to send his athletes over the bar. This is the game Salazar has been playing for years.
