ebay question-buyer says he did not get tickets-concert was 2 weeks ago

The person who bought the tickets should have messaged you shortly after that if they did not receive the item in a timely manner. I email if I see they don't send something out in a few days after purchasing something. There is no way he would not contact you with a problem if he hadn't received the tickets before the start date of the concert. What is his sales history does this guy have and ratings? He might be trying to rip you off. He has probably done it before. Did you do the tracking information when you sent the item? I know ebay keeps a history of everything you sale (not sure how far into the past it goes).
