We went through the list and think it was Doris Dwyer (Duffy) who won the US 200m title in 1953.

There was a guy at my high school ran 10.99 back in 2000, and if a high school kid could do it I'm sure there were others before him.

Not sure he won the US title the same year but didn't the US have a white guy win the World Indoor 200 a few years back? Kevin......?
Kevin Little from Drake in the early 90's I think.
Dave Sime is of some relevance here. He won the silver in the 100 meters in the Rome Olympics, and at one time held the WRs in the 100 yards and 200 yards on a straightaway! He went to Duke, and prior to attending college, he had never run track and field: he was a football player.

Yeah right, like race doesn't matter. When was the last Tibetan, Samoan, Filipino, etc. woman to break 11.00 in the 100? When did we last see a Kenyan Yokozuna?

I highly doubt "black" sprinters win because they have darker skin or broader facial features.
So, what is it about black people? If you say it's because they (well, at least the elite athletes) have a higher percentage of fast-twitch muscle, and Prandini has a high proportion of fast twitch muscle, then is she "black" in that regard?

For women, this is probably true. For either men or women, it's Bobby Morrow in 1958.

Ah, the simpleton that cannot have the conversation about race. It is only a stereotype because the stats point out that it is a rare occurrence. I know far left people hate the facts of it destroys the thought police and very ignorantly calling things ignorant. Keeping it real is not ignorance nor is it racist. Please point to results over the last 40 years and tell me that white people on avg are anywhere close to being as successful at sprints instead of spewing your ignorance.
