In case you forgot, the women's 5000 is on the track as we speak.
Flanagan pushing it.
No Huddle, No rowbury as I thought.

It's kind of ironic that they moved this meet to the morning when the high in Eugene is only going to be 83 today.
It's 73 right nwo.
Some call Mark Coogan. Why does Abby keep running every lap on the outside of lane 1
One hell of a race, gotta feel bad for katie macke.
Now that was a race!
True--foolish to run so much outside, but so smart in the last 150 to stay on the rail and it did open up for her.

Wow! What a race. Mackey could have made it even more interesting if she wouldn't have stumbled with 700 to go. That definitely cost her.
Tully 15:06.44
Hall 15:06.45
D'Ag 15:06.6ish
Infeld 15:07
Shalane 15:10

Just as i say that on the last lap she stayed on the rail and made the Beijing team by passing Infeld on the rail. Great job.
Fun race. Sucks for Mackey.S he stumbled with about 650 to go. Probably has no one to blame as she was in last in terms of the lead pack and seemed to clip the foot of the person in front of her.

If this race isn't over at the top of the hour, will they turn off the feed? Seems crazy, but I wonder if their contract with NBC/Universal requires it.

+1
Yeah that was tough to see. Her stride looked very labored from 450m out, you could tell she was hurting from her huge stumble.
Curious how this Men's 5k will pan out. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if it had the same order as the 10k: Rupp-True-Mead. Lagat for 5th?

Well it's going to be a kicker's race... 600m in 1:48 lol
Hill 4th perhaps?
