How can I improve my running form? (Video clip)

Getting a better camera

Increase your cadence a bit. Do drills. Run more. Don't over-think it or overly concentrate on changing your form. Also, it looks like you're looking down (trying not to step on a needle or something haha)... look ahead with good posture.

Thanks for the tips hehehe, yeah I didn't have my contact lenses in so had to look down. What do you think to this article about posture? It says not to run tall.
