Does anyone have experience with having 2 hard training sessions in one day?
For example:
morning: 4x5 min threshold
Evening 10x30 sec hill strides.
Or:
morning: 4x5 min threshold
Evening: 8x600m
I guess after something like this one need longer recovery than normal. Maybe 3 days easy jogging.
I would think the benefit is that you can really push your body on the days dedicated for hard training and its possible to create a supercompensation.
Or will the recovery time be too long? So maybe its better with a normal.m-w-f setup?
