Is he running 13:14 at age 40?
Lots of elite sprinters have also gotten braces in their 30s. But it's no big deal either.

Yea, a guy who used to JOG through 1:51 en-route to his 20th sub-3:30 1500m is totally normal in having asthma. In fact, he's probably full of physical abnormalities, which would explain his incredible abilities and allow for a variety of other 'medically indicated' drugs

Guerrouj also had braces fitted before athens
Consequential to taking growth hormone no doubt
Allyson Felix has EIA. She had a TUE in high school.
Jim Ryun had asthma.
Jackie Joyner Kersee had (and has) very bad asthma.
Almost 20 million Americans are asthmatic in some way. Why is it remarkable that one guy as asthma? Are you going to wipe all of these peoples' medals and records off the books because they can't breathe?
Now, if you have one group of people where EVERYBODY seems to have asthma and/or hyperthyroid, and it seems like they're all a bunch of hospital invalids that just walked out of a concentration camp to look at them, and then they beat doped-up Kenyans, that's a different matter. But that's not most people.
Don't they all ?

Growth hormone (HGH) stimulates the growth of collagen (protein that makes up connective tissues). This means that tendons, ligaments, etc. get stronger, which would reduce the need for braces on joints. For the record- anabolics are the ones that grow muscles and leave joints unaffected, where joints would need extra support because muscles are much stronger than joints. Seeing El G's build, he wasn't juicing. Just a thought.
There's nothing suspicious about getting braces as an adult. How many kids do you think get braces in undeveloped countries outside the U.S.? Some people don't get braces in this country because their parents are too poor to send their kids to dentists and braces are phenomenally expensive. As a pro, that might be the first time they can afford it and they want to look good for endorsements (they may even be told to do this by their agents). Morever, braces are also quite ineffective. I had braces as a kid and here I am thirty years later probably needing them again, or a tooth removed, because my bottom teeth are now pushing out my bottom front tooth. My dentists back in the day told me the mouth grows together as you get older. They didn't do jack with the money and years of hassle and even for a while a speech impediment from the braces and now I'm in a worse position. The upshot: it don't mean squat if an elite gets braces as an adult.

I think you should stick to biomedical and leave doping to the experts judging by the quality of your post
It's a better argument than braces. You might actually be an expert on doping, I don't know, but I do know that it takes more than one piece of evidence to prove something. I'm trying to give actual reasons, not bully someone who thinks differently than I do.
