So I have a couple of teammates that take over 40 supplement pills a day. With all this NOP fall-out, should I be concerned for them? They take everything from Animal Packs to Multivitamins to ZMA to Amino Acids. I tell them all the time that their kidneys are going to fail when they are 30. And they are the most serious dudes on the team (All-Americans on track), but also international guys.
They are not fast because of it, but they say that most national coaches circulate supplement lists of what's currently working and what's not.
