I'm hoping to start training as was outlined on some of the Hadd training threads from years back. However, many of those threads only seem to give general principles (maximize your aerobic abilities from the ground up via heart-rate based training, move the aerobic threshold closer to the anaerobic threshold, etc.), without giving as much in the way of specifics.
Did Hadd anywhere write out some sort of day-by-day skeleton outline of how to organize and carry out the different phases of his training, both the phase I training (where you do the 2400m test to find paces at different HR's), as well as the race-preparation done in phase II? It's easier to train this way with some kind of outline to follow. Thanks in advance to anyone familiar with the system who can offer some guidance.
