I don't have access to high box jumps at my gym, would stair jumping substitue? For example several stairs one leg and one step at the time (hard for calf and improve "bounce" in step perhaps?) and also longer jumps at more stairs at the time? It would be more horizontal than box jumps, but somewhat the same effect?
