bought a couple pairs of brooks runderwear. i like em so far.
free ballin no way
Speedo swim suit, go to a swim shop and go to the grab bag swim suits. they last a long time, don't hold sweat, and good support
A good pair of running shorts with a liner should be fine on its own. If not, I'll second the Brooks Runderwear.
Asics seamless are excellent.

Yes Way.....only way to go...just get the shorts with a brief already in them......
If you like sweated balls and lots of schaffing, stick with cotton tidy whities. If you prefer to stay dry and schaf free use shorts with a liner or get some type of performance briefs or boxers. Most running companies make one and they will all work well. I have personally used a brief by Hind and it was fantastic. Good luck!
Jock strap and unlined gym trunks. If your shorts have one of those panty-type liners, you don't need anything else.
just use the panties in the running shorts. the only downside is that after many a run...even after washing them, they smell like balls, semen, crotch rot, the rotten chode. i wore a pair of my boyfriend's running shorts the other day, they were clean too, and after my run, my crotch smelled like his nasty dick smell after running.
Stop it. You're getting me all turned on.
MANKINI!!! it's the only way to go.

Hey, at least he washes them, which is more than I can say for my male teammates! :o ewww
Guys, if you're gonna use built-in liners, PLEASE wash the shorts
always wear a strap and a cup. you never know when you will run into a deer and the deer will kick you in the nuts.
I do most of my runs at 4 am before my radio show starts. I run without shorts in summer but wear shorts under 50 degrees.
Tommy? Is that you?
can't beat a good pair of shorts with the built-ins. but yeah, they do smell horrible, i take em into the shower daily just to help reduce the smell, but only a good washing can take it out. even then it come right back the second sweat touches it. my dri-fit shirts don't smell that bad, though, even when they get really wet.
I have a strong aversion to wearing simply shorts with liners, as my HS track team had a tendency to like to yank each other's shorts down on runs....I wear tighty whities and don't experience any chaffing.
If you have shorts with the liner in them(most of the high end nike, adidas, brooks, etc. brands do) you can just freeball. The liner does a great job without causing any excessive chafing on your crotch.
technically its not really freeballing with the liner, since the liner serves as underwear. It works better than anything else, in my opinion.
If you hail from the upper Midwest you better wear tighty whities in the winter, otherwise you bound to get frost bite on the tip of your cock. Anyone who has been struck with a frost bitten penis knows that it ain't fun.
