Seems like if Mo Trafeh were a D1 coach people would be up in arms, but saw on T&FN that the UVA throws coach is serving a 2yr ban and no one seems to care. I wonder how that recruiting pitch goes with parents.

Wow
I think this should be getting more attention. How can you have a convicted doper, who is currently serving a ban, on your staff?
I DOUBT Fetzer would hire someone serving a suspension. Post your proof!
Only thing I can find on Martin Maric (UVA Throws Coach) is this article from last summer about Maric being suspended for "adverse laboratory findings"
http://www.24sata.hr/atletika/propusta-ep-u-zurichu-martin-maric-pao-je-na-doping-kontroli-379409
If you search" IAAF Maric sanctions " you get downloads. He was given 2 years 8/6/14 after a 7/13/14 test showed AAF, SARM.
Maric received a 2 year ban starting on October 1st 2014 for testing positive at the Croatian national meet that July.
Theres a head d2 coach that has a similar background.
there is a guy who USATF keeps naming as a national teams coach who bad been busted
Yeah, Ashland.....
So tested positive now has a different name "adverse laboratory findings"?!Wait, "findings" is plural. Does that mean he used more than one PEDs?

Yeah, and Martin Maric (CRO) is also listed on the listed of Athlete Support Persons currently disqualified from working with Athletes or other Persons under Article 2.10 of the WADA Code (‘Prohibited Association’) that WADA plans to publish on September 14, 2015. The BroJos posted a link to this list recently. Here's another link to it:

At the University of Virginia, Maric coaches several decent foreign athletes, including Filip Mihlajevic (Croatia) and Jordan Young (Canada). Did those athletes compete anywhere this summer after the NCAA Championships? If so, how were they not prohibited from associating with Maric, or is it just okay with WADA and IAAF if they aren't seen standing next to Maric during the summer?
And how can the University of Virginia continue to employ him? Shame.

The brosjo should "reach out" to the UVA AD for comment.

The U.S. Coach's Association apparently has no problem with it either:
Wait. This can't be serious, can it? Does that mean he couldn't get a credential to go to a US Championship? I wonder why they would go this direction with it.

Apparently the NCAA doesn't give a hoot, either. They pretend that they are in their own insulated world, paying no attention to anyone else's rules.

Here ya go:

"Rules in the new code also seek to drive the nonconforming coaches out of the sport by giving athletes a stronger incentive not to work with them. WADA Code Rule 2.10 provides potential sanctions for athletes that associate with coaches or support personnel serving a ban. Therefore someone like University of Virginia throws coach Martin Maric, who tested positive himself before last summer’s European Championships, is not only putting himself at risk by coaching while serving a doping suspension, but also putting the eligibility of his athletes at risk too."
That will never happen!!
Fetz would definitely do a background check, right?
The throws coach was hired after the suspension began, no? Fetz / Uva A.D. Is cool with their coaches doping, just don't date the women athletes please!!! Or they'll ship you off to the Ivy League.
