Today, I had a meet and there were constant winds of 30 mph and gusts of 40-45 mph, I ran the 3200 in these conditions, and ran about 15-20 seconds slower than I wanted to. I wasn't the only one who ran that much slower, everyone in the field ran at least 10-15 seconds slower than predicted. I think only 1 kid out of the 15 or so PRed in the race, because his PR was a lot slower than he was capable of. I think that this really hurt my time, so what do you think? Did this effect my time or did it just demoralize everyone
