I'm trying to find a watch I can set up for an interval workout to beep every 16 or 17 seconds.
For instance, a 48s 300m repeat. I want to an audible notification every 16s so I can't work out where I should be on track.
There are a gazillion Android apps offering this function but it would be easier with a stop watch.
Any recommendations would be welcome.
My Timex Ironman and Garmin 220 can both be set to beep at set time intervals.

Any Timex Ironman with a countdown timer can be set to repeat the countdown. Just set it for 16 seconds and then to repeat and you're ready to go.
Some Timex also have what's called an interval timer that you can set with different intervals. For example, I often do a 35 second hard pace followed by a 40 second jog recovery. My Timex Ironmax Sleek Tapscreen does this. I can set it for more intervals if desired... 35 sec hard effort, 40 sec recovery, 40 sec hard, 45 recovery, 45 hard, followed by a 2 minute recovery and then repeat.
