I've just gotten back into running after a year long bout with Graves Disease and have decided to try to replicate NOP/Salazar style training to the best of my own understanding of it and to satiate my own scientific curiosity. I'm three weeks into the 5 week 'buildup' phase and thought I'd share my info with any interested parties as I progress in this training. As the 'buildup' phase in Salazar training is simply easy running in the ascent to the main level workload I won't have anything interesting to report for awhile, but thought I would start recording now to keep you all abreast of any developments.
