While we rip the guy as the troll he is the title of the thread is very much a valid question. Dr. Kenneth Cooper's historic 1968 book "Aerobics" provides the answer. In addition to "running for health" he also includes "(swimming, cycling, walking, handball/squash/basketball) for health."
