Im wondering what I can for a 1500 in two weeks based on these workouts:
4x600 3min rest, I did this workout twice, once averaging 1:38.25 once averaging 1:39.
800 in 2:11,400 in 60,200 in 27 all with 6min rest. It was a really windy day, the long rest was sort of unnecessary but the wind took more out of me than I thought it would.
800 in 2:11,3min,2x400 in 64-65 with 60sec rest. Then I took a long 5min water break and after ran a 42 300m.
Ive also ran 2:02 in the 800m, its not my main focus, but Ive got another 800 race this week where Im trying to go 2:00. My 5k XC pr is 16:09.
