1.6x400 with 3 mins recovery in 62,62,61,61,62,61
2. 6x300 with 2 mins recovery in
44,44,45,46,45,44
3. 10x200 90 secs recovery all in 29 finishing in 28
Then 1500 workouts:
8x300 1 min Rec all in 48
And I've done mainly 2 minute efforts (not looking at distance)
I'm 16 and My current 800 pr is 159.9 and 1500 I don't know
