So i saw the link on the front page to the Flotrack interview where it says Sammy Silva has joined the Bowerman TC. I was surprised by this for sure.
When she was at Harvard, she couldn't even score. 8th indoors as a senior in the mile.

(Ok I lied as she was 6th in the 1500as a senior so there's one point).
She then goes to New Mexico and was 6th in the NCAA in the mile and is now a pro. How is that possible? Add in the fact that Harvard also had a sub-4 guy come in on the men's side - Adam Cotton. He ran 341.33 in HS and has never scored at Heps individually either:

How is that possible?
Two questions.
1) Does Harvard waste more talent than anyone?
2) Is Cotton the biggest flop in men's NCAA history?
