This season has been full of surprises. I have set PRs in nearly all my races (unattached high schooler). Recently, however, I had to take a week off due to an over use injury in my knee. It still hurts but Im determined to get back into the swing of things. I was wondering if it is possible for me to break 4:20. Here are my Prs:

my training is usually 50-70 miles a week depending on school an whether or not im racing. I feel really confident about breaking 4:20 but i was wondering what the community thinks.
